Appliances were ordered for a job with a confirmed delivery date. I received a call this morning stating that it would take another two months to get the appliances in the customers kitchen! They would not even compensate the customer for the inconvenience nor would they take care of my time in any fashion for my inconvenience. We were willing to make a concession on the type of appliances purchased and they couldnt even give us A hard date on those appliances.
